credit, it is unlikely we will be able to provide
you with credit terms.
Employee Privacy Policy:

and use of Personal Information:

collect from its employees and use only such
personal information as is reasonably necessary
for the identified purpose that will be stated
(either orally or in writing) at or prior to the
time of collection or the personal information.
Type of Personal
Information Collected:

We confirm that at
this point in time, we have collected and will
continue to collect personal information on our
employees relating to, among other things: their
past endeavors as relayed to us in the
employee’s resume or as disclosed to us by the
employee’s references or in the employee’s
initial interview(s), results of any testing,
bank account information, job performance,
salary, dependants and health benefit
information.
Use, Retention and
Disclosure of Personal Information:

The use and
disclosure of any personal information will be
limited to the purpose for which it was
collected. If information is to be used or
disclosed for a new purpose, consent for the new
purpose will be obtained orally or in writing
from you the employee. We will retain your (the
employee) during the course of your employment
with Western Canada IC Bus Inc and/or one of its
subsidiary companies, and for a minimum of 7
years thereafter in accordance with federal and
provincial legislation. Western Canada IC Bus
Inc and /or one of its subsidiary companies
reserves the right to determine exactly when to
destroy the personal information after the 7
year period, but the personal information when
destroyed will be destroyed in such a fashion so
as to minimize the risk of its disclosure to any
unauthorized person.

Any employee’s
personal information will be provided to the
department managers, and such other persons
within in Western Canada IC Bus Inc and/or one
of its subsidiary companies that in our opinion
are required to have the personal information in
order to carry out the purpose for which it was
collected.

(the employee) personal information to any
benefit provider to provide the benefits to the
employee.
Oversight or Changes:

Each employee’s
personal information will be either password
protected if kept electronically or kept under
lock and key if retained in a paper format.

Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy
includes examples but is not intended to be
restricted in its application to such examples.
This policy
is not intended to modify current policies and
practices or to create new rights or obligations not
contained within such policies. This Privacy Policy
only applies in respect of those activities that are
subject to the provisions of Canada’s federal and
provincial privacy laws, as applicable.
Internet and Site Usage:
Every
computer connected to the internet is given a domain
name and an IP (Internet Protocol) address,
containing a set of numbers. This information
reveals nothing personal about the visitor. When a
visitor requests a page from within our web site,
our web server automatically recognizes that
computers IP address and domain name. Such data is
used to help determine general usage patters and
fine tune layout patterns to ensure our site is as
“User Friendly” as possible. This information is not
collected or evaluated for individuals and our web
servers do not automatically record e-mail
addresses.

regular business hours by making that request of the
gatekeeper. You have the right to request a
correction be made to your personal information. A
person in upper management with Western Canada IC
Bus Inc will determine whether that correction
should be made or how it should be dealt with within
30 days of the request for correction having been
made to the gatekeeper.
Unsolicited or Solicited
Resumes
Western Canada IC Bus Inc and/or its subsidiary
companies make no commitment to keep your resume or
any related personal information provided to the
company for any period of time. Western Canada IC
Bus Inc however reserves the right to keep your
resume and personal information provided to the
company for a maximum period of 10 years.
Your resume
and related personal information will be provided to
any member of the company that may benefit from
reviewing the same.
We will not
disclose the content of your resume and personal
information to any third party unless you have
consented either orally or in writing to the same.
